Resend E-Gift Card

If you need to resend your gift card to yourself, no problem! Just head over to your Account Overview and use the "Re-send Gift Card" link under your "Redeemed Gift Cards" section. Your gift card will be resent to your email address associated with your Honey account. 

We want to make sure that all of our Honey members are receiving their e-gift cards! Here are a few potential reasons why you might not have received yours:

  • Your e-gift card may be hiding in your spam or junk folder. Occasionally Honey emails end up there, so we recommend taking a look there first.
  • It hasn't been 24 hours since you redeemed. It can take up to 24 hours for gift cards to be processed and delivered.
  • It’s possible that your email provider blocked Honey emails as spam. Add to your Safe Senders List to be sure you’re receiving emails from us!
  • There could’ve been an error on our end. Please reach out to us at and we'll be happy to help you further with receiving your gift card.
