Why haven't I received my e-gift card?

We want to make sure that all of our Honey members are receiving their e-gift cards! Here are a few potential reasons why you might not have received yours:

  • Your e-gift card may be hiding in your spam or junk folder. Occasionally Honey emails end up there, so we recommend taking a look there first.
  • It hasn't been 24 hours since you redeemed. It can take up to 24 hours for gift cards to be processed and delivered.
  • It’s possible that your email provider blocked Honey emails as spam. Add @joinhoney.com to your Safe Senders List to be sure you’re receiving emails from us!
  • There could’ve been an error on our end. Please reach out to us at yourfriends@joinhoney.com and we'll be happy to help you further with receiving your gift card.
