If Honey isn't working correctly on one of the 30,000+ shopping sites we support, reach out to our Customer Experience Team. Please provide as much detail as possible when you contact us:

  • The site you're visiting
  • A screenshot displaying the issue if possible
  • Which browser you're using and which version 
  • Which computer (PC or Mac) and which version of the operating system
  • Which version of Honey you're using
