Connecting Honey and PayPal Rewards
You can now connect your PayPal Rewards points with your points from PayPal Honey! Once connected, whether earned using PayPal or PayPal Honey platforms, your points will now be accessible from a single rewards balance and can be redeemed from both PayPal and PayPal Honey. This means you’ll also be able to redeem points earned through PayPal Honey directly within PayPal Checkout.
Keep in mind, that the option to connect your rewards accounts is currently available to members in the US. If you’re located outside the US, be on the lookout for more availability in the future.
To connect your PayPal Rewards points with your points from PayPal Honey, just click Connect to PayPal when prompted and follow the steps to link your accounts.
In order to connect your rewards accounts, the following information is collected:
- Identifiers, such as name and email, and account location
- Shopping and Usage Information, such as shopping history, transaction value, and returns Preferred merchants or categories
- Internet and Network activity such as IP address
- Inferences are drawn from one or more of the above, including a consumer’s shopping history that reflects a consumer’s shopping preferences.
If you’ve already connected your PayPal Rewards to PayPal Honey and would no longer like to share this information between PayPal and PayPal Honey, you will need to contact our team at paypalrewardssupport@paypal.com to disconnect your rewards accounts.
