Gift Card Refunds

Our Gift Card Deals are non-refundable, which means we can’t cancel the gift card or issue a refund to your original payment method. However, items purchased with the gift card can be returned or exchanged directly with the merchant in accordance with the merchant’s return policy.

Merchandise Returns and Exchanges

These are handled in the same way as any other online purchase. To initiate a return, simply refer to the merchant’s return policy and follow their instructions. 

Where does the credit go after I complete my return?

Any refunds issued by the merchant will be given according to the merchant’s specific return policy. For example, credit could be issued back to the original gift card, in the form of a new merchant gift card, or as store credit.

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

Most merchants have a tool on their website that helps you check your balance. You’ll most likely need to enter your gift card number and PIN. Visit the merchant’s site to learn more about your options for checking your balance.
