What is Honey Wallet?

With Honey Wallet, you can securely store and manage payment methods and frequently used shipping addresses when you check out within the Honey Smart Shopping Assistant.

How do I update my payment information?

You can add, delete, update or change your default payment method within your saved payment methods from your Profile -> Wallet.


To edit, tap on the card you would like to edit, make your updates and tap “Save.” Please note: you will not be able to edit a card number. If your card number has changed, just delete the old card and add the new card number as a new card.


If you would like to change your default payment method, check the box for “Set as Default” on the new card you would like to make default and tap “Save” and this will update your selection.

To delete a payment, scroll down to the bottom of the form and tap “Delete Card.”

If you delete all your saved payments, you will be asked to enter a new payment method the next time you checkout out.


How do I update my shipping information?

You can add, delete, update or change your default shipping information within your saved shipping addresses from your Profile -> Wallet.

To edit, tap on the address you would like to edit, make your updates and tap “Save.”  

If you would like to change your default shipping address, check the box for “Set as Default” on the new address you would like to make default and then tap “Save.” This will update your selection.

To delete an address, scroll down to the bottom of the form and tap “Delete Address.”

If you delete all your saved shipping addresses, you will be asked to enter a new address the next time you make a purchase and check out.
