What do I do if I didn't receive the item I ordered?
All orders placed through the Honey app are still being processed directly with the merchant, so if you encounter an issue receiving your order you will need to contact the merchant’s customer support directly. You can find all the information you need to reach their support, including your order number and the email address used to place the order from your account by following these steps:
1) Go to " Profile"
2) Tap on " Order History"
3) Tap " Details" on the item you have not received.
4) Tap on " Contact (Store Name)'s Support"
4) Tap on your contact option of choice to reach the store in question.
